How to Post a Virtual Open House

Instructions:

1. Once logged in to the backend property editor, your properties VMD has created for you will be on the left side bar.
   
   • If you are not on the property you would like, you can click on the property you want to go to.
   • If you do not see this at first, click on manage properties and it will bring you to your properties.
   • 
2. On the right side you will see edit property. Use the drop down menu and click the Showing Schedule tab.
   • 
3. Once in the tab, you can allow visitors to request a tour date.
   1. You can use this even if you don't have any showing events scheduled.
      • 
   2. This will be displayed in the contact section of the property website. 
      • 
4. You can also add a scheduled virtual open house showing to your property website by hitting +Add New next to the showing schedule box
   • 
5. From there, a window will appear where you can add your information. You can have a live-stream  or a prerecorded video as your Virtual Open House. If you would like people to register then select "Register". Set a date/time, a link is necessary and then click Save.

6. You are able to edit, delete or add another virtual open house at any time.
   • 
7. The Virtual Open House access link will appear on the front of your property website page
   • 
8. Lastly, if you made any changes, always make sure to save at the top when you are done.
