Can I receive a credit in my prepay package?

We are unable to allow a credit within a prepay package. If you no longer need a service that is part of your prepay package (i.e. brochure cancelation) then you can choose to pay for those services a la carte or have it billed against your current prepay. 

Example: You have a 25 Photo/Floor Plan/4pg Brochure prepay package. VMD has done the 25 Photos/Floor Plans/Brochure set-up and we are awaiting information from you to finish the brochure. A few days later you cancel the brochure. You would not receive a credit for canceling the brochure. You would have the option to pay for it a la carte or have it billed against your current prepay package.
